Change your email

Did you misspell your email? To make sure that anybody is trying to steal your identity, this change to personalize your email is directly with the Technical Support team.

You can get in touch with us via WhatsApp directly from SafeApp or write to us in  contacto@safe-app.net. The dynamic consists of verifying that you are actually the owner of the information that you want to recover when changing the email account, because your hidden files could be stolen and we need to be sure that your encrypted information is safe.

We will ask you for some specific information about your device and you should be able to confirm your new email address, this is a quick process and will allow you to access your hidden files in the SafeApp which have been synced with the cloud in our servers.
